Job Description

The Royal Luxe is seeking energetic and professional F&B Executives to join our Food & Beverage team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality guest service in restaurants and dining areas, ensuring smooth service operations and an excellent dining experience for guests.

This role is ideal for candidates who are polite, service-oriented, presentable, and passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and courteous food and beverage service to guests.
  • Take guest orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team.
  • Serve food and beverages as per hotel service standards.
  • Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and well maintained.
  • Assist guests with menu recommendations and special requests.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service delivery.
  • Handle guest feedback and inform supervisors of any service concerns.
  • Maintain proper hygiene and grooming standards at all times.
  • Assist in banquet setups, events, and special dining arrangements when required.
  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and hotel operational procedures.
Requirements
  • 12th pass or hospitality diploma preferred.
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in hotel restaurants, cafes, or banquet service preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of food service procedures and guest handling.
  • Good communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Presentable personality with polite and friendly behaviour.
  • Ability to work in shifts and under pressure during peak hours.
  • Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining service quality and guest satisfaction.
