Job Description

The Royal Luxe is hiring a dedicated and disciplined Sales Executive (Work From Home) to manage inbound leads, perform timely follow-ups, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. This role requires strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently while meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Perform timely follow-ups and strictly manage assigned callbacks.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
Communicate with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Update all activities accurately in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain discipline in login timings and work reporting.

Requirements

0–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer handling.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Must have a stable internet connection and personal laptop/mobile.
Ability to work independently with high discipline.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and WhatsApp/email communication.
Fluency in Hindi/English (Kashmiri is a plus).
