Job Description

The Royal Luxe is hiring a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to handle inbound leads, perform follow-ups, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to understand client requirements and offer suitable travel solutions.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound leads and convert them into bookings.
Perform timely follow-ups and manage assigned callbacks.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
Maintain accurate records in CRM.
Coordinate with operations team for smooth execution.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

0–3 years of experience in sales or telecalling.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM and WhatsApp/email communication.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Fluency in Hindi/English (Kashmiri is a plus).
