Job Description

The Royal Luxe is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead hotel sales initiatives and drive revenue growth through corporate, travel trade, and direct sales channels.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building strong business relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and achieving revenue targets for the hotel.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience in hospitality sales.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and event planners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and property visits for prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and partnership deals.
  • Coordinate with reservations, front office, and operations teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns.
  • Lead and guide the sales team to achieve individual and department targets.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and revenue analysis for management review.
  • Represent the hotel at trade fairs, travel expos, and promotional events.
Requirements
  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate sales, travel trade, and hospitality revenue streams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical skills for sales forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Professional personality with confident presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel for business development and client meetings when required.
  • Result-oriented mindset with strong target achievement capabilities.
